I wanted to share a quick buyer's tip today. Buyers, when you're out there looking at property, you should make sure that you avoid talking about your opinions about the house.
Don't say anything negative while you're inside the house or outside around the house. Don't talk about your financial information, and if you're considering putting an offer on the house, don't talk about your offer in any way around the property because a lot of these properties have reporting devices like a Ring doorbell or maybe an Alexa inside, and things like that.
You want to avoid any kind of conversation in that direction while you're out there taking a look at the house. I hope this tip helps you and I hope you get the house!

It's a start but they need to do better. A drop in capital gains would mean an increase in inventory. Let's keep watching and hope they do better! :)
A new bill from Rep. Nicole Malliotakis would temporarily double the capital gains tax exclusion to $1 million for homeowners over 65 who sell a home they have owned for at least 25 years, from 2027 through 2030.
