Spring started with a little B***y Work and a whole lot of good energy 🍑🌸

Last week we kicked off the first weekend of Spring with a killer glute and lower body workout, and some amazing local business pop-ups. Huge thank you to Garden Beauty for the fresh bouquets and Her Siena for the permanent jewelry. The perfect mix of sweat, self-care, and supporting local businesses.

We love creating moments like this for our community and bringing new experiences into the space.
