About 80% of the merchandise sold at Remodelers Outlet is first quality. The other 20% is what we call “surplus” which includes overstocks, buyouts and even some scratch and dent items offered at low, low pricing. We have an in house “Custom Shop” where we can customize an in-stock product to meet our customers’ needs. Many of our customers come to us with their existing doors and ask us to match them and/or match hinge locations. We prehang doors, cut down for special sizes, install decorative glass in exterior doors and so much more … all so that our customers can take home exactly what they’re looking for without waiting weeks for it.
