Good morning everyone, I'm very excited to announce that I'm starting a project of assembling local partners to joint venture real estate purchases.😍😍😍

My vision is to enlist local friends and family to pool resources and to take down what seems like unattainable larger commercial properties.

Needless to say I'm VERY excited, this is in the early stages, and I think this will change people's lives.

That's what real estate has been able to do for Jen and I, and that's what I want to do for the people I know and love.

The last two deals we did saved people. From losing their home through default to the bank (avoiding foreclosure), or protecting from other creditors, tax defaults, etc. In both cases, these home owners were finally able to move forward with their lives, onto bigger and better things, and brighter days ahead.

After we closed, one gentleman stopped by my house and shook my hand, he didn't want to let it go, thanking me several times. Now THAT'S a good feeling.

Business is all about service and truly helping people. We've also helped numerous people by working with them to be able to keep their homes. One gentleman didn't even know his home was up for auction, we discussed several options, and using his 401k, saved his home.
