Petry Engineering was an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team including MHS Architects, Gaccione Pomaco, PC, and Burgis Associates, Inc., which secured preliminary and final site plan approval for a 36-unit mixed use building located at 55 Lawrence Street in Bloomfield. Petry Engineering prepared the Civil Engineering plans along with a Traffic Impact and Parking Study. Both Alexandra Handel, PE, PP and J. Michael Petry, PE, PP testified at the hearings.
