Our atmosphere of persistent progress is maintained by choosing clients who have the ability to take accountability for themselves and their actions and move towards their specific goal. A person's objective and resolve will determine the emphasis of their training, the quantity of training sessions per week, duration and fees. With this being understood, continued non-compliance is not tolerated. Clients who are not moving towards their chosen goal will be asked to leave at the discretion of BodyGoals. Bodygoals is not a program or a fad, but a process. We are a private, by appointment only facility, that leads by example and uses our ever-expanding knowledge and experience to attain goals. Clients receive both physical and mental support, as well as a better understanding of their body. We provide what the individual needs on an individual basis. We choose clients who see eye-to-eye with our attitude, and whose goals inspire us as well. Are you one of those clients?
