First CoRe Invests - Residential Property Analyst

We’re looking for people who can help to find properties and have experience in walking a property. Its required that you have enough knowledge in construction or rehabs to fill out our property analysis form so that we can put together a full report helping us to consult with the owners about what areas of their homes that we can build more value in.

We will be adding commercial spaces and empty lots of land eventually to the properties we consult very soon!

Requirements:

1. Must have at least 3 years work experience

2. Must have rehabbed at least 2 homes in your career or have licenses in the construction field, as proof that you know what you’re doing and looking for inside a building

3. If you’re an LLC, it is required that you provide the proper licensing and insurance in order to work on a persons home

4. Must be willing to sign a NDA / Non compete on any property which you find thru any information we receive or tools we use to find the property. Basically if you try to back door us on any lead or anything else obtained by our office then we have the right to take legal action

5. Must pass a walk thru test with our in house specialist before we allow you to see properties on your own

Compensation:

Beginner -
$50 per walk thru and the filling out of our deal analyzer

Advanced -
Must be able to complete the necessary parts of the beginner level as well as put together a full write up of the property and where it needs some work. Total compensation would be $100 per walk through
