This series is for anyone who finds joy in writing, photography, music, cooking, painting or any creative expression that draws on contrasts, composition, and storytelling.

Loosely based on The Artist's Way and Atomic Habits, this 12 week series nurtures and invites creative expression. Choose your own adventure: your own mediums, your own creative calendar, your own balance of creating for yourself and creating for others, your own level of participation in creative community, even your own weeks (you are welcome to break for holidays or travel!)

You'll have access to:

Daily prompts that nurture the senses, invite whimsy, observation, playfulness, catharsis, reflection, and presence (With options to participate via Substack, Facebook, or Email)

An online writing group that meets weekly (Be sure to complete the Doodle emailed to you when you register)

A nurturing creative community focused on appreciation, process, and play

Virtual open mic celebrations (1-2 depending on total number of participants)

Optional body doubling sessions (virtual studio time) for creative accountability

This series begins December 21, 2025 and concludes the week of March 8, 2026.
