My cheeks still hurt from smiling so much from our incredible weekend of Continuing Professional Education.☺️

The True Pilates family is beyond thankful to have been able to host CPE with Sari Mejia Santo (Romana’s Pilates International Continuing Professional Education). It is really special to have the opportunity to learn, share information, and practice the Art of Pilates to the finest levels TOGETHER.💙
