Summer is a great time for children to explore new stories and build literacy skills before going back to school.
Through The Secret Garden at Britepaths, children can browse and take home free books to enjoy throughout the summer break. With books for a variety of ages under 18 and interests, The Secret Garden helps ensure young readers have access to educational opportunities even when school is out of session.

Over 35% of students in Fairfax County Public Schools are economically disadvantaged, according to *describe* Educate Fairfax. These local families struggle with rising costs for housing, food, and childcare. Britepaths' Back to School Program provides students with new backpacks, school supplies, and access to community resources to remove barriers to back to school readiness.
