Mason Dining had the pleasure of hosting Global Chef Darren from England! 🇬🇧 With 35 years of culinary expertise—including serving as a sous chef at Buckingham Palace—he brought authentic British flavors and plenty of smiles to campus.

Faculty & staff also enjoyed an exclusive meet-and-greet at The Mason Club, where they connected with Chef Darren and got a glimpse into England’s rich culinary traditions. Cheers to unforgettable flavors and great conversations!
