Through her Leadership Training Program youth will receive lessons in self discipline which helps to improve family relationships and prepares them for employment. A monthly essay contest she calls, Perception offers youth a chance to explore their creative talents and writing skills. Each month a writer will receive recognition, along with a monetary award for their thoughtful contribution to our society. To help her accomplish her mission she has revived First Cut Records, enlisted the help of two Rap A rtist and released a song entitled " What Happened To Our Dream?" Sales from their theme song are expected to generate the much needed revenue for her cause. Sister Dana Marie believes that the positive focus of her new programs will help to reduce the negative impact that current social problems have on our communities, so that every child can grow up in an environment full of love, joy, peace, and security.
