1. SHOULDER PROTOCOL
2. SEATED CALVE RAISES FOR ANKLE FLEXION
3. BAND ASSISTED SINK SQUATS TO QL TWISTS

I do body tempering most everyday but sometimes l skip it on auxiliary days. I didn’t include it because l don’t want you to think l am bullying you.💪🏾🤗💪🏾
