📢This is a must try! These #traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi are absolutely delicious, nutritious and quite versatile!🥣
You can boil, sauté, roast or air fry them. Check out the recipe below!

✅12 oz. Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi (frozen)
✅3 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
✅1/4 c. Half & Half
✅1/4 c. Oat Milk
✅1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
✅2 Lemons (zest grated)
✅Salt and Pepper to taste
✅Top with chopped Parsley

Heat butter in pan and once melted add in cauliflower gnocchi. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until it gets golden brown. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Should be golden brown on both sides but test one to make sure they are cooked through!

Pour in oat milk, half and half, lemon zest, and salt and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with more parm and parsley.
