HUGE!!! drain install and storm water control This was a combination of drain install, swale install, and some asphalt work to protect this home from storm water.

Short video of filling in an old sink hole from when this property was originally developed. Builders buried all kinds of trash, stumps, and concrete and over time settling occurs in the voids and sink holes develop. I added some clay fill and top soil to bring up the grade along with seed/straw. Enjoy 😊
