Forgiveness is a toughie. I've made this candle for awhile now to help us forgive ourselves and others but then I saw this quote and felt it was worth posting. I struggle with forgiveness all the time. It's been over a year and I still don't forgive Chris for dying.... I yell at him constantly. But I'm working on it.
I recommend using this candle over a period of days rather than burning it down in one fell swoop and it's not a bad idea to keep a journal when you start using it. You might be surprised by what comes out.
