Spring Running Ramp-up / Avoiding the Classic Injuries
Ahhh, spring! The days are longer, the sun is shining, and you’re finally lacing up your running shoes again after a long winter of... well, let’s just call it “hibernation.”
Whether you’re training for a race or just eager to get back into the groove and enjoy the breeze in your hair - this is when many runners ramp up mileage. And also when a whole bunch of annoying injuries start creeping in.
