you when we find possible matches. Sixty40Consign would love to be your store of choice when it comes to furniture and home decor consignment in Evergreen. We offer a sixty-forty split. Commission to the consigner is 60% of the final sale. Sixty40 will collect the remaining 40%. We pay our consignors on a monthly basis on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales. If you have furniture that you would like to consign, we ask that you send a picture to [email protected] before bringing it to the store. If you have small items, please bring them to the store and let us sort through them. Please understand that we can't take everything but we'd love to see what you have! We understand that consignment items are used and oftentimes, well-loved, but we ask that they be clean and in good to great condition. The price reduction mark down schedule starts when the merchandise is on the sales floor. This mark down will happen every three weeks for a total of 84 days.

21 days - The price will be reduced by 15% from the initial selling price.

42 days - The price will be reduced by 30% from the initial selling price

63 days –The price will be reduced by 50% from the initial selling price.

84 days – The agreement will expire and it is the responsibility of the consignor to arrange pick-up of unsold merchandise within 7 days of contract expiration. . When we review your merchandise we will set the price range based on history, manufacturer, condition, patina, repairs, general consumer demand and competitive pricing. We view each consignment as a partnership and acknowledge it is in everyone’s interest to price items at fair market value. Immediate purchase of an item may also be available.
