This older male Shih Tzu type dog was found on Blue Hill Ave in Mattapan on 1/31. This dog is very ill and currently at MSPCA-Angell receiving medical care. He really needs his people, please call 617-635-1800 or email [email protected] if this is your dog or you know who's dog he may be.
