⚾️🏠Scriber Place is back in the news once again with an amazing editorial from The Seattle Times. Our "home run" project will see 52 units available specifically for McKinney-Vento families in the Edmonds School District, and is on track for completion in 2027.

This project is already inspiring other districts and development groups to explore similar models, and we hope that this is just a first in a long line of new housing options for the region.

‼️Coordinated entry has changed in Snohomish County.
If you are currently experiencing homelessness and are looking for subsidized housing in Snohomish County or Skagit County, call VOAWW at 1-800-223-8145 and asked to be connected to a Housing Navigator to be put on the Coordinated Entry waiting list. Coordinated Entry is the ONLY way to access low income housing available in Snohomish County and Skagit County. Coordinated Entry works through the waitlist in the order of applicants, so we highly recommend applying the moment your housing is in jeopardy.
If you are currently experiencing homelessness and are looking for subsidized housing in King County or other WA regions, call 2-1-1 for coordinated entry and additional services available to you.
