Hi Everyone! Hope you’re having a great weekend!

We thought that as team, as a salon, and as a community, it would be great to take the month of September help others by assembling welcome kits for newly arrived Afghan refugees in our city.

Today, there are over 80 million people around the globe who have been forced, or made the painful choice, to leave their home. After years of fleeing violence, famine and extreme poverty, their greatest hope is that they’ll find a safe place to rebuild their lives and call home.

Welcome kits provide the basic household items people need as they begin a new life in our community.

World Relief is a global Christian humanitarian organization that brings sustainable solutions to the world’s greatest problems – disasters, extreme poverty, violence, oppression, and mass displacement.

There will be a donation basket at the front desk through the end of September. Any contribution is appreciated!
