Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to share that after 5 months of physical hard work and blood sweat and tears(figuratively) we now have this property under contract at 15801 116th st ne arlington wa 98223:
1) This job involved moving 3 Trespassers off the property who thought they fit the Squatter definition.
2) Also moved 28 vehicles total that had accumulated apparently over a 3 year period of time. Including junk cars, rv trailers, and a camper.
3) Demolished a 2bd 2bth manufactured home that had a tree fall through it. Hauled the metal and debris off.
4) Have taken two 40 yard containers of debris off the property.
5) Have taken one 40 year container of metal off the property, primarily car and truck engines and parts.
6) Will take 2 more 40 yard containers of debris off the property that buyer would like removed.
In short I have become an expert at coordinating demolishion, debris removal, and car and rv removal of junk vehicles from property legally. Also expert layman at trespassers and squatters removal legally. I have become expert at this process by the most economical means possible.
