The Humane Society of Lake County recently received a charitable home through probate and reached out to me to help sell it. Because of our close partnership with events like my annual Adopt-a-thon and my ongoing pet sponsorships, I was honored to list it for them.

The home, a single-wide mobile in The Villages, hit the market after some prep and marketing. Within just two days, we had an offer above list price accepted. I informed the buyer the proceeds were going directly to the shelter and we negotiated to even cover closing costs so more money could go straight to the animals. 🐾

With the help of Magnolia Closing Co, we closed smoothly and every dollar went to support the shelter. My heart is full knowing this transaction will make such a difference. ❤️

And because I sponsor a pet adoption with every closing, two pets are already covered because I handled both sides. But this one was too special to stop there, so I added a third adoption sponsorship as a gift to the amazing women who pour their hearts into the Humane Society every day. 🐶🐱

Homes sold, pets saved, and a community lifted up. That’s what it’s all about.
