June 12, 2013 was the first time I boarded on a plane which I was only able to see and wave from the ground as I was born and raised in a neighborhood located few miles away from the airport. This experience was a definitive break with what I learnt in movies and Documentaries about the inside of a plane but one thing still bothered me, I was wondering why my seat’s screen was attached to someone else’s seat and the one on my seat for the person behind me? I want to be honest with you, no answer convinced me so far after 1000s flying hours; I don’t want neither let ones reading this post to try to, but I am willing to share what I have learnt in life going after the answer that could have convinced me.

Therefore, humans make decisions based on their goals using resources available, most of the resources are on us, for example talent, degrees, potentials, connections, language knowledge and more. With my experience in life, not all these resources will benefit us in the way to reach our goals but will mostly benefit others. Good understanding of what your goals are and what resource you need to leverage to reach goals is a good starting point to thrive. Benefiting resource may be on you or on someone else, all you need is identifying capabilities.

Better you know what benefit you, will save you on wasting resources on what on you because that may be for someone else.
