The Chaos Isn’t “Out There.” It Begins Within. 🌎✨

If the world feels loud, divided, unstable, overwhelming…

Pause.

What if the chaos you’re seeing isn’t something to fight —
but something to understand?

We cannot create peace in our outer world
while our inner world is at war.

When your nervous system is dysregulated…
When your shadow is unexamined…
When your old wounds are running the show…

You don’t respond to the world.
You react to it.

And reaction creates more chaos.

But when you regulate your body…
When you integrate your shadow…
When you take radical responsibility for your inner state…

Something shifts.

Your perception changes.
Your decisions change.
Your relationships change.
Your leadership changes.

And suddenly… the “world” around you begins to reorganize.

Because the external world mirrors the internal one.

So if you’re craving more peace, more clarity, more sovereignty —

Start with your breath.

I’ve been practicing my Spanish. 🇲🇽✨

Todavía tengo mucho que aprender… pero estoy lista para el viaje. 🚗🌎

I still have a ways to go, but I really want to feel prepared driving through Mexico. There’s something powerful about meeting a place with respect — learning the language, even imperfectly, shifts everything.

And the truth? I don’t need to know it all before I go. I’ll learn what I need while I’m there. Growth doesn’t happen because we’re ready. It happens because we move. 💫

Every time I stretch into something new, I feel that little spark of expansion. Like my nervous system is realizing… oh, we’re allowed to become more.

Getting so excited. 🐚☀️🌊

Every Friday, a small group of us gathers somewhere beautiful in Eugene for a gentle, soul-filling walk. 🐢🦅

Lately we’ve been spotting turtles, bald eagles, blue herons, white herons… and it feels like nature is walking with us.

This isn’t a networking thing.
It’s not a fitness competition.
It’s not another thing to achieve.

It’s you… coming back to yourself.

We walk.
We breathe.
We talk (or don’t).
The dogs usually lead the way. 🐶

Women tend to show up most often, but this space is open to everyone. If you feel called, you’re invited.

I’ve been studying something lately that’s changing everything for me:
if you want answers, you actually have to ask.

The other day I was feeling so excited about going to Mexico. Like heart-open, future-me already there excited. And I caught myself asking, “How could it get any better than this?”

Then… I got hungry.
Like real hungry.

I had a protein bar, but didn’t really want it. So I took my dog next door to visit his best friend, and the moment I walked in I said,
“Wow… it smells amazing in here. I’m starving. Is that bacon?”

And my friend casually goes,
“Oh yeah. There’s a plate of cooked bacon in the kitchen. Help yourself.”

🥓😄
Yum, yum, bacon.

And I laughed out loud because I had just asked the universe,
How could it get any better than this?

That’s the thing.
We’re always in conversation with the universe—whether we realize it or not.

What we’re asking.
What we’re assuming.
What we’re saying out loud… and especially what we’re saying quietly inside ourselves.

That internal dialogue?
That’s what we’re actually creating from.

My next course is all about making that conversation conscious, playful, and aligned—so you’re not accidentally creating stress when you meant to create magic.

So here’s a gentle question for you, just between us:
👉 What happens when you start asking better questions… and then stay open enough to receive the answer?

Sometimes it’s clarity.
Sometimes it’s timing.
And sometimes… it’s free bacon. 🥓✨

Some mornings, I realized I literally wouldn’t get out of bed if there wasn’t something warm calling me.

And for a long time… that something was coffee. ☕️

I drink a lot of coffee. I always have. So much so that I honestly couldn’t tell you whether it makes me anxious or not—because when something is constant, it becomes invisible.

Last week, when I tried fasting and got a full-on caffeine headache, it hit me:
this isn’t just a habit… it’s a dependency.

And dependency isn’t something I want in my life anymore.

So instead of going cold turkey, I’m starting gently.
I’m kicking out my first hour of coffee and replacing it with something that still feels warm, grounding, and nurturing.

My new morning blend:
🍋 lemon
🌿 ginger
✨ turmeric
🍯 honey
🌶️ cayenne
🌀 cinnamon

It’s spicy, cozy, circulatory, and it actually wakes my body up instead of jolting my nervous system.

What I’m already noticing:
• more stable energy instead of a spike + crash
• less pressure on my adrenals first thing in the morning
• my nervous system gets a softer start to the day
• awareness around how much stimulation I actually need

This isn’t about quitting coffee forever.
It’s about choice instead of autopilot.
Listening instead of overriding.
And asking myself: what does my body actually need right now?
