After years of study and play, refinement gave way to the simple language of the food I now host in it's own creation. To give my recipes as much historical value as I try most of the ingredients I use are organic and as local as possible. The recipes are created seasonally and the methods used are natural and traditional. The only additive used is my help in getting a fruit or vegetable from the earth into a crock or jar.
