OUR BUSINESS OFFICES ARE CLOSED

Our business office is now closed! We are sorry you missed us and we will return within a few days after the cumpletion of Black Sails Adventures to help everyone with Barataria Bay registration and questions.

What does this mean, the business offices are closed?

- Tickets are longer be available for Black Sails Adventures.
- That staff are not be available to answer any questions, including ticket, camping, or any other issues for either event.
- We do not have a box office on site, all ticket sales and related issues are handled pre-event before we closed.
- All modules will be closed until we are on site. This include Volunteering, Camping, and NCA account access.
- Finding out now that you can't print or even find your ticket means you can't attend and you won't be refunded you were warned many times.
- The event has no means of issuing your ticket at the door nor a box office to reprint your ticket.
- There is no cell service on site. Do not expect to pull up your ticket from your email on site.

Please have the following ready when you hit site, this will speed your entry:

- Tickets in hand for all in the vehicle
- Government issued ID for all in the vehicle
- Do not park
- Drive directly to Pier 69
- Stay in your car as Pier 69 car jacks you assist you
