Unique Nique

s in our garage, building barbecue areas out of flagstone or fishponds with waterfalls in the front yard, there was always something to be done or to be changed and made better and I loved being part of it. Then there was my Mom who in another age I am sure would have been a great author she wove such magic when she told a story so much so that you didn't know when the reality ended and the fiction began you just became part of the story. While growing up other adults always referred to me as being rather unique, perhaps the adults polite way of say "she's a little weird", and my Dad called me Nique so UniqueNique became my creative outlet.
