We are very excited to announce that beginning February 12th,
BALANCED LIVING YOGA will be offering classes at the Stellaria Building on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 am

Upasana Giglia will be sharing the "sister sciences" of Yoga & Ayurveda, a potent combination for achieving optimal balance & personal well-being.

It will be a gentle practice, appropriate for all levels. Each class will include a short discussion of Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom, movement, breath & meditation. $10 drop in fee

Last Friday Artwalk at the Stellaria Building is coming up on November 29 from 6-9pm. Come check out the spectacular photography exhibit, "Flotsamsara" by Jason Rydquist, as well as artwork by various other local artists.
