As we continue to navigate the challenges of current times here in the US, I’m loving that there is so much collective love and compassion being shared and spread. I see people coming together and supporting one another even more now than ever before. Seeing people speaking out on mainstream media like the Super Bowl and the Grammys makes me feel less alone. I’m feeling a shift that things are going in the right direction.

Hope cannot be lost because without hope what do we have? I refuse to live in a state of hopelessness and pessimism. Keeping an open heart and clear mind is so important for each of us on the path of desiring personal growth, development, and true peace. At the same time, we need to protect our energy and choose wisely where we spend it. It is more important now than ever to be gentle on ourselves and one another.
