Holy 🐄, friends. It’s been too long. I hope you guys are as excited about new cookies as I am to be making them. Ready to check out a new week of flavors? This week is my husbands birthday week, so he inspired these delicious flavor combos.

#1: Caramel S’more
This one is packed full of delicious flavor, like, crazy good. It’s a chocolate cookie packed with dark chocolate chips and filled with an ooey, gooey caramel center. On top of the cookie is some fresh made and roasted marshmallow. It’s a winner.

#2: Oatmeal Rum-Raisin
This one all starts with my delicious rum raisin sauce that is made with real rum and real raisins. Once those little California cuties have soaked up all of that delicious flavor, they are thrown in to our soft and chewy oatmeal cookie. After that was done, I made my signature rum-raisin caramel and turned it into a glaze to be drizzled atop this beauty.

#3: Lemon Sunshine
All this cold and rain been getting you into a funk? I got you covered with my sweet Lemon Sunshine cookie. This soft and sweet lightly lemon cookie is the perfect vehicle to bring a bright ray of sunshine to your taste buds in the form of lemon curd. It will be a little pocket of joy in your day.

It’s the OG and it’s always here. A perfectly crunchy and chewy triple chocolate chip cookie.

#1: Peppermint Cocoa
A certain cold weather classic turned decadent cookie. This cup of cocoa in cookie form starts with a chocolate cookie base, it’s then filled in with a light and fluffy chocolate peppermint ganache, topped with a whipped cream style icing, and sprinkled with peppermint bark. It’s a real treat.

#2: Pear Crisp
Ah, these are wonderful fall treat. It’s a delicious soft and chewy spiced cookie with a heaping helping of pear filling under a topping of streusel and a drizzle of vanilla icing. The spice, the pear, the crumble….it’s so good.

#3: Bourbon Molasses
This is another one that just feels perfect for the fall and cold weather. This one start with a perfectly chewy molasses cookie and it’s been filled in the center with bourbon caramel. On top of that is a brown sugar bourbon icing that is drizzled with a little more of that sweet bourbon caramel.
