Join us for a curated three part experience combining movement + touch. These classes are designed to emphasize the mind-body connection with our class themes: Reflect, Revive, and Renew! Each class will offer a different yoga sequence paired with intentional massage therapy techniques to create a deeper feeling of connection. Although these classes weave together, they are also appropriate to experience on their own- so you can decide to join for all three parts or just the ones that call to you. ✨

REFLECT
As the days continue to become increasingly longer + lighter- part one of our three part series invites you to ✨ Reflect ✨ This session is designed to help you pause and listen.
Decompress and invite more balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

REVIVE
Join us as we ✨Revive✨ the senses during Spring season with a blend of gentle + awakening movement + touch to release anything being held in the body.

RENEW
Through rejuvenating yoga movement + healing touch- you’ll feel a sense of ✨Renewal ✨ to prepare to transition into the warmer seasons- leaving you feeling lighter and more open to receive the abundance of Summer.

Classes are $44 ea or $120 for the series. All mats, props, and blankets provided. Please bring water to hydrate. 💧

Join us for an enchanting evening with Dandy Rhoades aka .twitches as we honor the Solstice! Together we will create a dream spray to invite positivity, and craft a spell jar designed to capture negative dreams and nightmares. This practice is perfect for oneself, or give as a thoughtful gift!

✨Together with Leigha of + Danielle of , we invite you to join us for a gentle flow through restorative shapes and Intuitive touch. In alignment with the season of turning inward, we will practice the nature of shedding and returning home to the body. $45 - SIGN UP LINK IN BIO. ✨

⚡️Danielle is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and owner of Evoke. She offers trauma-informed massage therapy and online movement classes.

⚡️Leigha unites her years behind the chair nurturing clients with her passion for learning and sharing the teachings of yoga with Alter. In an offering of insightful guidance, encouragement, and attunement to her guests and peers, Alter provides a container for growth that we all crave.
