Can you name all four rotator cuff muscles? 👀

The supraspinatus, the rotator cuff muscle located at the top of the shoulder, is this group's most commonly injured muscle.

Multiple changes can occur in the supraspinatus tendon, like acute inflammation leading to thickening or long-term overloading causing thinning.

But the good news is that exercise helps with both of these tendon issues! 🙌

Oh, and the other three rotator cuff muscles are the infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis. Were you able to name all four?
