Last night I tested for my brown belt.

I have been on this particular journey for 3 years and have come a long way.

And the journey continues.

I am so grateful to be part of this school and to learn so much from you

It's been an epic day.

I lead a guided meditation this morning, and worked with a new client this morning, before teaching a class with my beloved.

And now I am at the symphony enjoying an amazing performance.

And today is only part way through.
