If you haven't already heard, we have reopened our South Eugene location for weekends only!! 8am-2pm

As always, our Downtown Eugene location is open 8am-2pm 7day/wk.

Tonight and tomorrow evening between 5-8pm we will open Theseburgers.

We are excited to announce our upcoming partnership with Cascade Organic Beef farm in Klamath Falls. we think that this is probably the best beef that we could ever get our hands on and we are excited to share it with you.

Our first three cows get shipped to Mohawk valley meats for processing tomorrow. There will be two grinding cows (these are prime grinding cows, not retired dairy cows as is standard in the industry) and one prime cutting cow which we'll have roasts, steaks and other primal cuts. The cutting cow will render around 40% ground beef and this ground beef will be of super-prime quality. You just can't buy this stuff at the supermarket. We will have that package for us in one pound packages for retail sale. As you may know, we have a grocery concept called Lebing Market. we will be the local exclusive distributor for Cascade Organic Beef products. Since we are purchasing directly from the farm, we will have the most competitive prices on organic beef in town. We will publish a price list ASAP.

it will be another week or so before we have the product, as it has to be hung and processed. We are super excited and will let you know once we are serving that beef and stocking it on our market shelf.
