The purpose of the Rooftop Royalty program is to provide an opportunity for young women and men to become ambassadors for the Rooftop Rodeo, the Town of Estes Park, and the sport of rodeo by demonstrating knowledge of the sport of rodeo, respect for the Western way of life, and a commitment to their community.
