Eris: Wellness-focused design paired with biophilic elements! Homeowners are creating personal spa retreats with cold plunge pools, steam rooms, red light therapy saunas, and soaking tubs. When combined with soft neutrals—polished stone, warm wood tones, and elegant lighting—it creates a serene, spa-like escape.
Q: What’s a must-have feature in a luxury mountain home?
Eris: Seamless indoor-outdoor living. Picture floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the mountains like a painting—then slide them open to step right into nature. It’s all about creating a retreat that blends comfort with breathtaking views.
Q: How do you balance fire-resistant, sustainable materials with great design?
Eris: Gone are the days of sacrificing aesthetics for safety! With options like metal and concrete panels, slate, stone, and fiber cement siding, we can create homes that are both stunning and built to last.
