Advanced Collision Repair

I own a Hyundai Nexo, which is a hydrogen-powered vehicle. After being hit on the side, our insurance company recommended a repair shop. We turned the car in, only to find out four days later that they refused to work on it. We were then referred to another shop, and to no surprise, they refused to work on it as well.

Taking matters into my own hands, I started doing my own research and found Advanced Collision Center. The first person I spoke with was John (he's the man!), and after I explained the situation, he assured me they could get the job done.

We had the car towed there, and I immediately felt at ease. Communication was clear, they understood my frustrations, and the customer service was outstanding. Every time I called, Sally was incredibly friendly and answered any questions I had. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure I received a call back with one.

Rick stayed on top of updates and handled the insurance process, so I didn't have to. This place is a gem filled with even more gems. When we picked up the car, it looked better than ever.
