The Pool Solar Heating Installer role is a full-time, hourly position. This position will be part of a team responsible for installation, service, and/or troubleshooting for residential solar pool heating systems. We’re looking for motivated individuals and/or experienced crews interested in joining our growing team based out of Escondido, CA.

The right candidate(s) for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of Performance Solar. This role requires fluent English and solid communication skills. Pool Solar Heating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with construction and/or roofing experience. Must be comfortable communicating with customers daily.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Solar installation/ Construction/ Roofing experience at a minimum and Residential Solar Pool Heating is preferred
Knowledge of pool filtration systems preferred
Able to climb ladders and get on roofs for installations
Attention to detail REQUIRED
Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions
Excellent customer service (Face-to-face with homeowners)
Professional appearance, punctual, drug-free
Reliable transportation to and from the main office in Escondido
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of various solar pool heating products
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Ability to fill out required paperwork daily
