There are many ways to participate in family history. You can go to the temple and perform ordinances for family members by using ordinances ready on the Family Tree app, record your family's memories in a book or online, or preserve family photos. There are many more ways to participate in family history.
Malachi 4:6 says, "And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers..." By participating in family history, we help to bring all generations closer together.

The San Diego California Temple is now open for public tours for the first time in over 30 years! ✨ Everyone is invited to come tour this beautiful House of the Lord from June 18–July 11, 2026 (excluding Sundays). Tours are completely free, and all are welcome, regardless of faith. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome too. Come experience the peace, beauty, and spirit of this special place. ❤️

The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square performing Hollywood Bowl this week. We invite all that are capable to participate in this historic event. There is an opportunity to attend in person or attend a watch party. There will be watch parties across the entirety of the United States and Canada. The June Glad Tidings articles have been posted to the US West Area site.
The stories and articles this month include a message from Elder Wada about the upcoming Tabernacle Choir concert at the Hollywood Bowl. There will be watch parties for those that aren't able to attend in person. There are also stories about Spanish-speaking saints reenacting the Book of Mormon stories at Noches de Hogar, how a man went from alcoholics anonymous to become a priesthood leader, the United Negro College Fund honors the Church for advancing opportunities for black students and strengthening communities, and more.
