This customer is confused about how cookies work

During these uncertain times we are forced to exorcise caution in how we will conduct business for the next week. We have taken into consideration all the different clients we have, and although none have reported being ill, we would not want to perpetuate the spread, or cause potential harm to anyone due to our presence in the office. We plan to take every week as it comes, as there is a great possibility we may find by next week all is well and we can return to business as usual. For the immediate future, we will be implementing the following cautionary measures:


Onsite visits are on delay unless there is an emergency that requires a tech on site.

All onsite visits scheduled for this week will be postponed to a later date.

Due to high volume of requests there may be a delay in response time

Please use the [email protected] for ALL requests as I will be using a few techs to help address each request that comes in.


Further more; if your office needs to close, but you would like to offer your employee’s an opportunity to work from home, please notify the helpdesk with a list of the email addresses for the employee’s, and we will arrange for them to have remote access to their computers during the time you may be closed physically.

During this time of uncertainty, we will continue to pray, and exorcise caution to keep everyone healthy!
