This wasn't our panel install, but we were called out to fix a completely dead security system. The result of an inexperienced or unlicensed person who "fried it" according to the business owner.

The recommended solution told to the business was to replace the entire panel and rewire everything - We had it functional and back online in less than an hour and didn't need to replace anything, saving the customer about $800!!
(we did have to replace a missing battery)
