Following up on our Memorial Day Murph event…

We’re hosting **Murph Training Days** over the next few weeks to help you prepare—and these are **100% FREE and open to anyone**, whether you’re signed up for Murph or not.

If you’ve been on the fence, this is a great way to come in, get a feel for the workout, and build some confidence leading up to the event.

**Training Dates + Times:**

🗓 Fridays @ 8:30 AM

These sessions will focus on:

* Breaking down the movements
* Building volume safely
* Helping you find the right scaling options for your level

No pressure or commitments, just a chance to get better and be part of the community!
