On my 37th birthday, I’m pleased to announce that this year also marks 10 years of running a graphic design business full-time.

In the past decade, I’ve been incredibly privileged and blessed to grow my business and client roster, landing in a sweet spot of working with mission-driven non-profits and educational institutions while keeping my hand in the publishing industry, a long-time love.

While I love wearing multiple hats, there are some I don’t wear as well as others. That’s where the value of my teammates and contractors comes in ten-fold. Together, we pull from our strengths to collaborate and produce better results for our clients. Today, the business is far beyond just me of “Elisign Design” and now truly is a design collective.

Grinstead Design Collective, Ltd. is a growing group of individuals coming together as a design collective to address our clients’ visual communication challenges in a cohesive way. We leverage specialized talents to match the need of each project. Through our design, we seek to create solutions that communicate effectively to:

Today, I’m reflecting on this 10-year anniversary to remember the growth that has come, express gratitude for the work and people that have been part of our journey, and keep moving forward in the work we do—all while uniting ourselves under the entity that currently expresses us best: Grinstead Design Collective, Ltd.
