Meat & Moss was founded by Nicole with a simple goal: to bring people together through good food. As someone who grew up in a large (fiercely passionate) Italian family, Nicole knows first hand that some of life's best memories are made, and shared, around the dinner table.

What started as an idea rooted in community, quality food, and supporting local producers has grown into a market that we're incredibly proud of - and it's all because of YOU.
