If you’ve ever been in a pinch on the side of the road, you know there’s no sight more welcoming than a Hammett Motors truck pulling up—especially when Steve is in the driver’s seat!

Steve isn't just a driver; he’s part of the DNA here. He’s been with Hammett Motors his entire life, but he’s been officially dominating the towing game for 20 years. Whether it’s a simple jumpstart or a heavy-duty recovery, Steve handles it with a grin and a "no problem" attitude.
🏁 Off the Clock

When he’s not out rescuing stranded drivers and saving the day, you can usually find him:
• Catching the action at Eriez: If there’s dirt flying and engines roaring, Steve is there with our beloved 76 car . 🏎️
• Fueling up: He’s a connoisseur of the local food scene, usually spotted grabbing a massive burger at Beechwood Inn🍔

Trails are CLOSED (12/14/2025) Wales Trails remain closed. We are finally able to get out today to attempt to complete trail signing. While we do have permission to get into some of the land where hunting was going on we do still have some property owners that will continue to hunt until after Christmas. Once signing is completed...
