We are now starting to pre-rent our 1 floor apartments. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 floor. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have nice size closets and very spacious. It has washer and dryer hook-up (gas dryer) with an open concept, and a nice deck off the living room.
Basic cable and WiFi is provided at no cost to you this is a $150 value.
This unit is $1335+65 a month the $65 for water, sewer, trash, plowing, and landscaping. Tenant is also responsible for gas and electric. The unit is 1485 sqft and have a projected date for December 14th.
We are projected to have 2 pools, fitness center, and a club house this spring!!!!!
