1. Any product that has a flaw we will fix at no charge or replace it and swap it out for the bad product
3. Any product that is not personalized has not been worn or used my be returned within 15 days of receiving it for full refund minus shipping cost.
4. Any product order that is not personalized may be canceled prior to receiving it for full refund.
