I may not bill insurance but I can offer you a superbill!

What Is a Superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement of massage therapy services.

Massage therapy is often not directly billed to insurance by many providers, but some insurance plans will reimburse you if the massage is considered medically necessary.

How Does It Work?

1. You pay for your session as usual
Payment is made at the time of service.
2. We provide you with a superbill
After your appointment, you’ll receive a document that includes:
* Provider information
* Your information
* Date of service
* Type of treatment (with CPT codes)
* Cost of service
* Diagnosis code (if applicable)
3. You submit it to your insurance
You’ll send the superbill to your insurance company (either online or by mail).
4. Insurance reviews your claim
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits for massage or manual therapy, they may reimburse you directly.
