Before I was online coaching, I went to a conference for fitness professionals. At the time I had a clothing brand that went viral for a self love affirmation design. I also was repeating that cycle by talking to someone who, respectfully, was not on my level 😅

It gave me huge imposter syndrome, because I wanted to love myself as much as I told everyone else to.

My face lit up when I heard these speakers just *get me* in a way where I haven’t felt seen in a while.

My friend Alessia turned, whispered to me, saying these were the types of guys & life deserve, even if I don’t believe it yet.

I literally threw up that night because God & the enemy were putting me in two different directions:

⚡️ Stay the same? OR uncomfortably grow, but attract higher level experiences that aligned with *what I deserve*.

So I blocked that guy off of everything, started online coaching, quit my in-person training job, found a healthy & happy partner, & am now rebranding my clothing brand to spread kindness & love through cutesie reminders

for everything there is a season ♡
